Ivies And Barbed Wires By Alma Jaku

Alma Jaku was born in Dragushë, Lezha, Albania in 1980. She completed her higher studies at the "Luigj Gurakuqi" University of Shkodra, where she graduated as a teacher in the history-geography department. In 2012, he completed his studies in agro-food engineering at the Agricultural University of Tirana. For several years she worked as a history-geography teacher, then, thanks to her passion, talents and dedication, for a short time she worked in management positions, during which she was involved in several projects related to the legal and professional framework for the implementation of policies of social inclusion designed to protect the rights of children with disabilities. Poetry was taken up for some time in adolescence as a hobby, but after losing the manuscript with about 200 fluidly crafted poems, the poetic muse sleeping inside her soul suddenly bursts into verses full of feeling about love, beauty and the world around us, which they calm him down and fill him with hope for the future, for life. Thanks to this inspiration, she presents herself to readers with her first book of poems, in which she tries to break some taboos, which few people do today, especially the female gender. Her second collection of poems is titled "Globe on Fingers"and edited in 2021.
